Exec Reclaim by MTMOT

You ran the room. Now you're reclaiming it.

A private, AI-assisted platform built for senior leaders navigating the most demanding transition of their professional lives — returning to work after cancer, stroke, or serious illness.

Why This Exists

I built this because I needed it.
It didn't exist.

I've been living with cancer for over ten years. Not survived — living with. Still being treated. Still showing up. Still doing the work I love, still leading, still building things that matter.

In the early years, I was tracking everything across scraps of paper, a notes app, and memory that treatment was quietly dismantling. I'd sit down with my oncologist and forget half of what I'd wanted to ask. I'd schedule a board meeting on a day I'd later realise was always my worst — because I had no data, just hope.

What I needed was a single, secure place that held all of it. My medications. My appointments. The patterns in my energy and my mood that I couldn't see myself when I was living in the middle of them. Something that would help me walk into a specialist appointment prepared, not overwhelmed. Something that would help me answer — honestly, with evidence, not just optimism — the question every returning executive dreads: am I actually ready?

Now, more than a decade in, I'm seen less frequently by my care team. That's a good thing. But it means I'm more responsible than ever for monitoring my own patterns, catching my own signals, and knowing when to raise my hand. Exec Reclaim isn't just what I built for others. It's what I use myself, right now, today.

If you're a senior leader in the middle of this — or you care about one — this is for you.

“I built this because I wish it had existed for me.”

Who This Is For

If you recognise any of this,
you're in the right place.

The Returning Executive

You're a C-suite leader, senior director, partner, or board member. You've been through a serious illness and you're navigating your way back. You don't want sympathy. You want your edge back — and a tool that treats you as a professional first, a patient second.

The Supporter

You're the EA, the chief of staff, the partner, the grown-up child. You're watching someone you respect trying to manage a medication schedule, a treatment calendar, and a return-to-work negotiation all at once. You want to help. This helps.

The HR or People Leader

You need a structured return-to-work conversation with an executive who's been on extended medical leave. The RTW Readiness report gives you that framework — generated by them, shared on their terms, without either of you having to stumble through the awkward parts.

The Clinician or Coach

You work with executive patients and clients who are navigating re-entry after illness. You need something evidence-based, privacy-first, and genuinely useful to recommend. Not a generic wellness app. Something built for this specific situation.

Honest by Design

What this is. What it isn't.

We built this for people who have been through too much to tolerate vague promises and fine print. So here's the truth, plainly.

What it is

A personal command centre for managing the intersection of health recovery and professional re-entry. Private, encrypted, built for your specific situation.

What it isn't

A medical device. It doesn't diagnose, prescribe, or treat anything. The AI advisor is explicit about this in every interaction. No exceptions.

Your data

Encrypted. Row-level secured. Pattern recognition runs on your device — your health data never leaves to power advertising. Not now. Not ever.

Your AI advisor

Knows your medications, your appointments, your mood history, and your side effects. Like a very well-briefed friend who understands oncology terminology. Not a substitute for your specialist.

Not just for cancer

Built for any executive returning after serious illness — stroke, cardiac events, major surgery, long COVID, burnout. Cancer is our founding use case because it's the most underserved.

Nothing is vapourware

Every feature described on this page is built and functional. The app exists. You can use it today, for free, right now.

What's Inside

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Exec Reclaim replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, notes apps, and forgotten questions scribbled on receipts. Here's what it actually does.

01

Medication Management

Track every medication with dosage, frequency, and instructions. Photograph labels and let AI extract the details. One tap to confirm what you've taken today.

Your pharmacist's whiteboard, in your pocket.

02

Appointment Tracker

When you're seeing an oncologist, a GP, a psychologist, a physio, and HR all in the same fortnight — you need one place that holds it all. Not a calendar. A medical coordination hub.

Every specialist. One view.

03

Mood & Energy Tracking

Daily mood scores with 30-day trend charts. Energy levels three times daily with peak-and-crash analysis. Recovery isn't linear — the data shows you the trajectory, not just today.

See the trend, not just the day.

04

Side Effect Log

When your oncologist asks "how have the side effects been?" you don't say "not great." You say "nausea was a 4 on Tuesday, dropped to a 2 by Friday." That changes the consultation.

Turn 'I feel terrible' into data your doctor can act on.

05

Doctor Questions

A running, prioritised list of questions for every specialist. Mark as discussed. Never leave an appointment wishing you'd asked — because chemo brain is real, and appointment anxiety is real.

Never leave wishing you'd asked.

06

AI Health Advisor

It's 11pm and you can't sleep before tomorrow's results appointment. Open the chat. It already knows your medications, your side effect history, and what's on your questions list. That's where the conversation starts.

A health advisor that already knows your story.

07

Pattern Recognition

Detects things like "your mood is consistently lower on Mondays" or "nausea has recurred five of the last seven days." When you're in the fog of recovery, you can't see the forest for the trees.

The patterns you can't see when you're living them.

08

RTW Readiness Tracker

Self-assessment across four dimensions: Cognitive Clarity, Stamina, Stress Tolerance, and Decision Confidence. Generates a formatted report you can share with HR or your executive coach — turning a vulnerable conversation into a professional one.

From 'I think I'm ready' to 'here's my data.'

09

Health Export Report

Before your next oncology review, generate a one-page summary of the past 30 days. Medications, mood trajectory, side effects, energy patterns, outstanding questions — all in one document. It elevates the consultation.

Walk in with 30 days of evidence.
