Digital products (PDF downloads)

14-day refund available if the product has not been substantially completed or used. To request a refund, contact carla@mtmot.com with your order details.

Subscriptions (MTMOT Community)

Cancel any time. No partial refunds for the current billing period. Annual subscribers who cancel within 14 days of initial purchase receive a full refund.

Courses

Refunds available within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 20% of course modules have been accessed.

PWA access (Executive AI Advisor)

Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if the product has been accessed fewer than 3 times.
