MTMOT

The MTMOT Walkthrough

A guided tour of everything that lives in your MTMOT.

Six stops, in the order they will make sense to you. Nothing here needs to be done today — this page is the map, and it stays right here behind the My MTMOT tab whenever you want it.

  1. 01

My MTMOT — sign in once, own it everywhere

Everything you own gathers in one place. Sign in on any MTMOT surface and your courses, check-ins, MindGames and the Strategy Room follow you — the My MTMOT tab on the left edge of every page is the same door everywhere.

  2. 02

    Pick your door

Three ways in, one discipline underneath. AI holds Confidence Reclaimed and the Strategy 4 One Diagnostic. Strategy holds Digital Reality, the Strategy Engine and Executive Shadow. Reinvention holds Rebuilding, the Reinvention Toolkit, the Cultural Rewire Workbook and MTMOT MindGames. Start from whichever names the thing actually in front of you.

  3. 03

    Learn and practise

Your courses and working tools live on the education surface. The Cultural Rewire Workbook is where the reinvention work happens page by page, and the Rebuilding check-in keeps the practical side honest. Both open with your sign-in.

  4. 04

    Play — MTMOT MindGames

Three games that sharpen how you read signals, chain consequences and work with language. Sharpening, not fixing — and nothing in there is a test. The app has its own guided tour, no sign-in needed to look around.

  5. 05

    Meet CJ

CJ is your MTMOT AI companion — one guide across everything you own, in plain language, at your pace. She works with you inside your products: in the workbook, alongside the games, through your check-ins. Wherever you see her face, that is her.

  6. 06

    The Strategy Room

The community. Leaders running the same discipline on themselves, comparing notes — so the work never has to be done alone.

Not sure where to start?

Start where every strategy starts: with an honest read of where you are. The Strategy 4 One Diagnostic is that read — or simply book a time to talk it through first.
